DISPEN-SI-MATIC™ A-Frame
Automated Order Fulfillment Technology
SI Systems’ DISPEN-SI-MATIC™ is an automatic piece picking machine (A-frame) perfected to process a high volume of less than full case orders at the lowest operational cost. SI Systems offers two styles of these high speed automated picking machines for split case order fulfillment.
Pick To Belt (PTB): Products stacked in channels on both sides dispense onto an assigned section of a center gathering belt and then transfer into shipping cartons or order totes at the front end.
(Watch the Video)- Pick To Tote (PTT): Products stacked in channels on both sides dispense directly into shipping cartons or order totes that travel down the center of the A-frame. Variable belt speed unique to SI Systems adds the ability to pick multiple items from one channel as required by order profile.
(Watch the Video) - Pick To Bucket (PTK):Products stacked in channels on both sides and dispense items directly into one of a contineuios stream of buckets that travel down the center of the A-frame. Orders are transported to a chute at pack stations and automatically released for packing into shipping boxes.

Replenishment:
Replenishment occurs without interrupting the picking process.

Channels:
The DISPEN-SI-MATIC™ split case picking machine has product channels (either 60” or 95” high) arranged on both sides of an A-frame structure. Each channel has an individual 24 Volt DC electric dispenser which ejects the product from the stack in the channel.
- The width of each channel is easily adjusted for various size products.
- For wide or long product, double width or extra length dispensers are available.

Controls:
The DISPEN-SI-MATIC™ Control System (DCS) is a stand alone, state of the art, off the shelf PC based system powered by one of our SINTHESIS™ software modules. The DCS has a simple interface with a wide range of Host systems to receive orders and unload post picked information and interfaces with the dispenser microprocessors to control all picking activities, monitor performance and print useful reports.
